For Day 2 of my 12 Days of Christmas series, I wanted to share the images that have been inspiring me as I am thinking of decorating my space for the holidays. These have all been found on Pinterest, of course, and I can’t wait to give some of these a try! What is inspiring you for the holidays?
The first is this tiny wreath with a huge impact. I love the big green glitter ornaments paired with the frosted gold ones, it gives it a really nice traditional look. The sprigs of holly are also a really nice touch adding some depth around the ribbons. The tiny wreath form is hardly visible through all the decorations, and I am digging it.
This is probably the project I am most excited to try. The different sized bottle brush trees are so cute inside that beautiful apothecary jar. Seems so simple to achieve but will surely add some huge cuteness factor to my mantel. I am also on the hunt for those adorable vintage deer, anyone know where I can find them?
I open at the close. Any Harry Potter fan would appreciate this golden snitch replica, and I am no exception. I don’t think I want a whole bunch of snitches on my tree but I wouldn’t mind one floating around. The glittery wings are what captivated me and I am so thankful for the excellent tutorial provided that I am planning to follow soon.
It would not be a proper pinspiration post (say proper pinspiration post 3x fast) if I did not include a manicure. Because I have been loving the matte nail trend, I feel this is one look I can easily achieve while still feeling festive. The glossy tips add a nice touch atop the velvety emerald green and red. I may just rock this for my best friends holiday party!
Aren’t these the cutest little reindeer you have ever seen! And it seems so easy to achieve. I am a horrible baker so I plan to buy the sugar cookies and assembling them at home for my family.
Well, I hardly doubt this needs any explanation. Glitter is definitely my chosen medium for all things crafty all year round, but I love adding some extra sparkle to my home during the holidays and I cannot wait to continue sharing what I have been working on with y’all soon!
