Manicure of the month

Manicures are a really big part of my wellness plan. I have a really emotionally draining and stressful job speaking to victims of domestic violence everyday. Thankfully, the organization I am a part of really promotes a wellness culture on the floor to help us build our resilience.

As my parents have always told me, you have to help yourself to help others. Part of that for me are my manicures, which help me express my creativity and de-stress.

With all of that being said, I think I am going to start sharing this part of my life with you all by sharing my manicure of the month! I know it’s still early in the month but I’m really happy with today’s manicure that I thought I would share 🙂

I used my October – Julep Maven box to achieve this look. I used Julep’s Eloise, which is probably my new favorite color, and Sabrina, a Halloween inspired crackle color, to achieve this look.

Julep is a monthly subscription of nail polishes. I have been a loyal customer for about 8 months and have fallen in love with all their products. Each box includes two nail polishes chosen accordingly with your beauty profile along with a few extra goodies! Love finding this little box in the mail every month!

Anyhoo, here is my favorite manicure so far this month 🙂 Do not be surprised if I end up sharing another one this month.

Voila! I think it’s a keeper.
